About the role

  • Director of Alliances at BCM One leading strategic relationships with key TSD partners for revenue growth. Developing alliance plans and collaborating with internal teams for success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic alliance plans to drive revenue growth with two key Technology Service Distributor (TSD) partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for assigned TSD partners, ensuring strong, collaborative partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and finance to align efforts and support partner initiatives.
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with TSD partners to maintain alignment and drive joint success.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within partner organizations to expand market reach and sales.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the alliance/partner channel
  • 2+ years of recent experience with Microsoft and Cisco solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing TSD relationship to grow revenue
