About the role

  • Event Project Manager responsible for planning and managing events for clients at BCD M&E. Ensuring effective communication and exceptional organizational skills for successful execution of programs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage conferences, meetings, and special events with flair
  • Craft detailed travel agendas and itineraries that impress clients
  • Manage budgets like a pro while negotiating the best deals with vendors
  • Coordinate creative program websites and presentations that wow clients
  • Lead team meetings and ensure communication flows smoothly across all projects
  • Execute quality control of event reports and rooming lists for accuracy
  • Utilize technology to streamline processes and capture essential data.

Requirements

  • Years of experience managing meetings and vendor relationships
  • A knack for budget management and financial oversight
  • Strong knowledge of Cvent and other event technology platforms
  • International event management experience is a plus!
  • A readiness to travel on-site and represent our clients with enthusiasm
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
