Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you work closely with the Account Director, strategic planning and the creative team.
Your primary strength and responsibility is managing clients, projects and teams to deliver the best possible work within budget and schedule.
You handle project management for strategic campaigns in the day-to-day business; i.e., writing briefings, managing and overseeing processes, timelines and budgets, client communication, and more.
You are the client’s point of contact and build strong, close client relationships.
You receive client requests, analyze them and take responsibility for the process through to completion.
You work closely with various specialized teams (Consulting, Strategy, Creative, FFF, Print Production, Digital Producing).
You have experience producing omnichannel campaigns (film, digital, print, OOH).
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
German is your native language and you speak fluent English
2–3 years of experience in operational client servicing, ideally for brands with a focus on FMCG or the energy sector in a comparable agency
Experience in project management of brand campaigns, TV productions and social media presences
Excellent project management skills and a very good understanding of processes
Passion for brands, people and trends
Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
Goal-oriented and well-structured approach to projects
Strong team spirit and the ability to lead, inspire and guide others
