About the role

  • Localization Project Manager coordinating project workflows, client communications, and quality assurance in localization services.

Responsibilities

  • Managing project workflows by coordinating tasks.
  • Ensuring timely communication and maintaining quality standards.
  • Delivering projects on schedule while meeting client expectations.
  • Responding to client emails promptly for efficient communication.
  • Confirming project requirements, aligning workflows, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
  • Coordinating with the production team including PMs and VMs.
  • Developing project plans with clear timelines and budgets.
  • Overseeing quality assurance by coordinating with linguists and vendors.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and delivering files to clients by the deadline.
  • Managing and closing POs for proper documentation and billing.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships by addressing requests and providing solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance quality.
  • Training and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 Years of experience in localization Field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Advanced knowledge of CAT and QA Tools.
  • Knowledge of Localization services like MTPE, DTP, Media, Elearning, AI.
  • Solid knowledge of Localization Engineering.
