About the role

Responsibilities
- Account assignment and posting of all business transactions
- Support in day-to-day accounting operations (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, intercompany and general ledger accounting)
- Perform account clarifications and reconciliations
- Preparation and execution of payment runs
- Identification and booking of provisions
- Preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
- Point of contact for auditors, tax auditors, tax advisors and banks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau) or comparable commercial qualification
- Initial professional experience in accounting
- Very good SAP skills (particularly FI) and good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Good written and spoken English
- Team player with an efficient, structured and careful working style
