About the role

  • Senior Director responsible for enterprise integration and divestiture at Banner Health. Leading acquisition, joint ventures, and asset separations for a nationally recognized healthcare leader.

Responsibilities

  • Architecting, operationalizing, and leading the enterprise integration and divestiture capability across a portfolio of concurrent acquisitions, joint ventures, and asset separations.
  • Translating deal strategy into executable operating models.
  • Ensuring realization of financial and operational value, mitigating stranded costs, and driving disciplined execution from Day 1 through full integration or separation.
  • Overseeing integration program management resources supporting active transactions.
  • Establishing standardized integration and separation methodologies.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Operations, and executive leadership to achieve intended strategic and financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Significant experience, typically gained through ten or more years of relevant experience.
  • Progressive leadership experience in mergers and acquisitions integration, large-scale transformation, enterprise program management, or healthcare operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with system-wide impact.
  • Proven financial acumen including synergy modeling, cost tracking, and budget oversight.
  • Experience overseeing multiple concurrent complex initiatives.
