INTERNATIONAL RESCUE COMMITTEE

• Provides leadership and management necessary for financial infrastructure and systems
• Contributes to the development of strategic and operational plans
• Ensures and monitors delivery against financial plans through financial analytical review
• Responsible for overall financial and accounting management
• Maintains compliant financial management practices and systems with US and local laws
• Collaborates with Senior Management Team to ensure acceptable performance levels
• Manages finance department activities and meets financial reporting requirements and deadlines
• Prepares and approves all donor financial reports
• Oversees preparation and revision of grant proposal budgets
• Supervises all country office bank relations and account activities
• Establishes finance department roles and responsibilities matrix and recruits qualified staff
