About the role

  • Senior Leasing Transaction Manager managing equipment finance transactions for Bank of America. Structuring negotiations and coordinating activities for successful transaction execution.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with clients to structure, negotiate and close complex structured financing transactions.
  • Interact directly with lawyers, accountants, appraisers, and investors.
  • Coordinate activities amongst issuing clients and investor syndicates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Direct responsibility for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing complex structured financing transactions preferably in equipment finance and leasing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of leasing and secured lending products/solutions.
  • Solid knowledge in tax accounting, financial accounting, asset valuation and commercial, tax, and bankruptcy law.
  • Exceptional analytical skills.
  • Experience in financial analysis.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software applications.
