About the role

  • Payroll Specialist overseeing payroll functions for Banijay Germany's subsidiaries in a hybrid role based in Köln. Focusing on accurate payroll processing and employee consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct payroll and salary accounting for subsidiaries of Banijay Germany
  • Manage assigned payroll groups and take responsibility for timely payroll processing
  • Maintain master and transaction data and act as the interface to authorities, health insurance providers and social security institutions
  • Provide advice to employees on payroll-related questions

Requirements

  • Vocational training in business administration or as a tax clerk
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of tax and social security law
  • Solid experience with at least one common payroll software, preferably Hansalog/Vision
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
