Responsibilities
- Controleren en boeken van inkomende facturen volgens procedures
- Beheren van e-mails en telefoontjes van leveranciers en interne stakeholders
- Signaleren van achterstanden en proactief handelen bij afwijkingen van SLA’s
- Minimaliseren van openstaande vervallen facturen
- Continu verbeteren van processen en samenwerken aan oplossingen.
Requirements
- Een afgeronde mbo+ opleiding in een financiële richting, aangevuld met relevante werkervaring
- Basiskennis van het purchase-to-payproces
- Goede beheersing van Office-pakketten en een efficiënte werkstijl
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een no-nonsense mentaliteit
- Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor kwaliteit.
