About the role

  • Quality Manager overseeing quality assurance and compliance for resilience training programs across London. Collaborating with internal teams and external clients including emergency services.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the internal quality cycle, including developing and monitoring the Self‑Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Creating, implementing and updating quality policies in collaboration with higher education partners and customers.
  • Taking the lead on Ofsted preparation activities across the business unit.
  • Acting as the key quality point‑of‑contact for customers including the Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade.
  • Managing the quality team to ensure compliance with processes, including internal quality assurance (IQA) activities.

Requirements

  • Background in education, training quality or centre management.
  • Strong knowledge of the Education and Inspection Framework and apprenticeship provision.
  • Experience acting as an Ofsted nominee for apprenticeship programmes.
  • Understanding of commercial training and safeguarding requirements.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 (desirable).
  • A recognised quality qualification (e.g., Qualified IQA).
  • Level 2 English and maths (or equivalent).
