Quality Manager overseeing quality assurance and compliance for resilience training programs across London. Collaborating with internal teams and external clients including emergency services.
Responsibilities
Leading the internal quality cycle, including developing and monitoring the Self‑Assessment Report (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
Creating, implementing and updating quality policies in collaboration with higher education partners and customers.
Taking the lead on Ofsted preparation activities across the business unit.
Acting as the key quality point‑of‑contact for customers including the Metropolitan Police and London Fire Brigade.
Managing the quality team to ensure compliance with processes, including internal quality assurance (IQA) activities.
Requirements
Background in education, training quality or centre management.
Strong knowledge of the Education and Inspection Framework and apprenticeship provision.
Experience acting as an Ofsted nominee for apprenticeship programmes.
Understanding of commercial training and safeguarding requirements.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 (desirable).
A recognised quality qualification (e.g., Qualified IQA).
Level 2 English and maths (or equivalent).
