Responsibilities

Liaising with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers at all levels
Driving cost control, budgeting, and earned value management
Managing contract risks, changes, and implementing effective mitigations
Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Requirements
Extensive experience in contract delivery within construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors (5+ years)
Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions, including FIDIC, NEC3, LOGIC, and BIMCO
Proven ability in cost control, planning, and budgeting
Skilled in managing contract change and variations
Engineering background and experience with complex EPC projects (advantageous)
Engineering degree or equivalent through experience
Project Management or equivalent professional qualification.
Must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
