Responsibilities
Craft and communicate Babcock’s equity investment case bringing data to life
Inform capital markets and enable long‑term, sustainable value creation
Work closely with our Director of Investor Relations and wider IR team to shape messaging, prepare market‑facing materials, and respond to analyst and investor queries
Deliver investor communications build results presentations, briefings, and materials for sell‑side conferences, seminars and roadshows
Develop clear investment messaging grounded in robust analysis and insight
Respond to analyst and investor queries as a credible point of contact
Maintain and analyse CRM records of investor interactions to surface trends and areas of interest
Requirements
Essential experience of the Investor Relations Analyst / Associate
Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with demonstrable experience in a finance role (Group or commercial).
Ability to interpret complex data and present information concisely and accurately.
Strong financial acumen including corporate financial statements, financial modelling and analysis.
Stakeholder management experience with the confidence to engage senior leaders and external parties.
Outstanding communication skills with the gravitas to handle demanding external queries.
Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) and security clearance for this role.
