Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and management of robust change control processes across complex, high profile projects within our Naval Nuclear business
- Manage a team of change management professionals
- Operate within a matrix management environment
- Lead the creation and application of change control frameworks and procedures across projects and programmes
- Manage and mentor a small team of project controls professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities
- Interact with Planning, Cost Control and Commercial teams to ensure consistency and compliance
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to clarify change impacts and secure alignment
- Influence Delivery teams to ensure consistent application of change control processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in project controls or project management, with a focus on change control or commercial management
- Ability to manage complex change processes across large-scale projects or programmes
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
- Familiarity with project controls systems (e.g., Primavera, CEMAR, SAP)
- Experience managing or mentoring team members within matrixed organisations
- Professional qualification in project management or controls (e.g., APM, PMI, or equivalent)
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance.
