Responsibilities
As a Process Manager in our Processes and Change Management department, you will actively shape the development and optimization of our company processes.
You will analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of changes in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
You will contribute your experience in change management and promote a positive culture of change.
Another focus of your role is the modeling and documentation of processes as well as planning and facilitating workshops for process optimization.
Your responsibilities include providing comprehensive advice to business units on procedural and system-related requirements.
You will also support the establishment of a new central department responsible for centralized process governance and centralized change management.
A particular focus of your work will be project work within a company-wide ERP transformation project, where the existing system is being migrated from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or university degree with a focus on project management, process management or organizational development.
Ideally experience in operational organization and process support, with a strong understanding of processes, especially in the context of Navision and/or Business Central.
Familiar with modern project methodologies, solid knowledge in process, project and multi-project management as well as in process modeling and documentation.
Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented and structured working approach, very good German language skills and excellent written expression.
