Requirements

- Several years of professional experience in construction-related project business.
- Several years of solid technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach; team player; self-confident; service-oriented; resilient; strong decision-making and communication skills.
- Proven experience independently acquiring new clients and projects, negotiating proposals and driving them to completion.
- Several years of cost-center and Profit & Loss responsibility in active project business.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are welcome.
