About the role

  • Sales Manager for DACH region at b-next, a leader in Trade Surveillance and RegTech solutions. Focus on strategic coordination and market expansion within compliance departments of large financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic coordination: Planning and execution of sales activities in the DACH region
  • Market expansion: Increasing our market share and visibility
  • Target group management: Focus on compliance departments of large banks, insurance companies and market supervision authorities
  • Direct communication: Reporting line to our Global Growth Manager
  • Teamwork: Close collaboration with the inside sales team and pre-sales colleagues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the financial industry and IT
  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • High commitment and a structured working approach
  • Collegiality and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Experience interacting with C-level decision-makers
  • Broad, solid expertise
  • Willingness to travel and an open-minded attitude
  • Ambition and absolute reliability
  • Very good English skills
