Responsibilities
Own the partner ecosystem to accelerate ARR through co-sell, co-market, and scaled enablement.
Design and run the channel program end-to-end, activating SIs (Systems Integrators), MSPs (Managed Service Providers and drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Build joint business plans, capacity planning, territory coverage, and ecosystem mapping.
Align GTM (Go-to-Market) with Sales/Demand Gen/Product Marketing; set pricing & discounting guardrails.
Drive co-sell/co-market motions, events & webinars, and co-branding guidelines.
Act as an ambassador for the business and promote its products.
Provide support and training to partners to ensure success.
Manage the performance of existing partners and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
Own PRM (Partner Relationship Management)
Govern deal registration, MDF (Market Development budget), SPIFFs (Sales Performance Incentive Funds), rebates, and partner scorecard Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
Track attach rate, win rate, partner health, and coverage; manage SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and escalations.
Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 7-10 years of experience in sales, partnership management
At least 7-10 years of experience in selling applications/software products to corporates.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels of an organization.
Proven track record of successful partnership development and management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
Knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
