Responsibilities
Perform vulnerability scans using tools such as VMP, Nessus and Qualys, track remediation and produce technical and executive reports;
Monitor security events and alerts using solutions such as SIEM, EDR and NDR;
Ensure identity and access management, auditing permissions and automating provisioning processes;
Deploy, manage and monitor security tools such as antivirus, EDR, firewalls, DLP, device control and password vaults;
Support internal and external audits, contributing to compliance with standards such as LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), ISO 27001, NIST and SOX;
Draft and review information security policies, standards and procedures;
Assess risks in projects, environments, vendors and solutions, proposing controls and mitigation measures;
Analyze firewall rules, network segmentation and cloud architectures to ensure alignment with security best practices;
Correlate logs and events from different systems to identify anomalies and suspicious activity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
Basic knowledge of security principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability);
Familiarity with solutions such as SIEM, EDR and NDR;
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux) and security tools (antivirus, IDS/IPS);
Understanding of vulnerability analysis and risk management;
Ability to interpret system logs and events;
Knowledge of server and network-relevant operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux and their respective networking tools;
Understanding of network security principles, such as authentication, authorization and encryption;
Desired: Completed higher education in technology-related areas and relevant certifications.
