About the role
- Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager in Tax Advisory for UHY Axon Group, managing intercompany pricing projects for multinational clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of Transfer Pricing projects, coordinating workstreams and ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and reports.
- Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies.
- Conduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.
- Assist in managing audits and responding to queries from tax authorities.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, finance, and legal).
- Stay up to date with OECD guidelines and Greek transfer pricing regulations.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, or Economics) will be considered a strong asset.
- Experience: 4-5 years of dedicated transfer pricing or international tax experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines and Greek regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Time & Project Management: Well-developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively.
- Professionalism & Integrity: Commitment to confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information. Maintains a high standard of ethics and discretion.
