About the role

  • Academy Program Manager providing quality education and training in surveillance industry. Developing EMEA Academy experience and driving engagement across partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of how Axis Academy is positioned, experienced, and adopted across the region
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive EMEA Academy Strategy including a marketing plan that strengthens the learning experience before, during, and after training across all Academy touchpoints
  • Ensure that all communication clearly focuses on learning outcomes and value, rather than administration or logistics
  • Continuously explore on how to further evolve the program and introduce new engagement formats — such as digital badges, interactive media, competitions, and other learning tools—in close collaboration with regional and EMEA Sales, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams
  • Monitor global learning trends and translate them into relevant strategies and execution aligned with evolving customer and partner needs
  • Drive content development and thought leadership
  • Coordinate the creation of educational content across multiple formats, including learning tracks, technical “how-to” clips, webinars featuring Axis experts, infographics, blogs, quizzes, and learner guides
  • Build clear learner journeys, promote certification pathways, encourage learner testimonials, and develop automated email journeys to guide course selection and promote new educational resources
  • Work cross-functionally with Global HQ, Head Regional Academy teams, and EMEA stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging, branding, priorities, and execution
  • Drive regional priorities globally, represent EMEA in Academy councils, and help shape system, IT, and tool development together with Training, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Define and track KPIs, use dashboards and analytics to measure engagement and learning performance, and provide insights to continuously improve participation and outcomes
  • Lead, inspire, and support regional Academy experts, helping them adopt new ways of working, grow Academy adoption, and drive alignment across EMEA by harmonizing priorities and fostering a unified focus

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in education, learning technology, training, communications, or marketing
  • Strong experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, and modern training methodologies
  • A background as a trainer, educator, or education program owner is highly valued
  • A strong project leader with an analytical and structured approach
  • Learner-centric, creative, and open to experimenting with new engagement formats
  • The ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and engaging content
  • Excellent storytelling skills – written, visual, and verbal
  • Strong collaboration skills in international, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
