Responsibilities
- Responsibility for exciting customer projects in the S/4HANA Service area
- Management of various sub-project teams
- Supporting projects from planning and design through testing and go-live phases
- Developing a unified service strategy
- Analyzing requirements and defining the project approach and implementation strategy
- Developing and documenting process and system solution concepts
- Ensuring projects are executed effectively, on schedule, and within budget
- Working independently and taking ownership for the success of the projects
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management
- Ideally, experience in SAP CX consulting
- Confident in both traditional and agile project management
- Knowledge of business administration processes
- SAP CRM and SAP CX processes, architecture and technology
- Independent, goal-oriented and hands-on working style
- Analytical, conceptual and creative mindset
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
- Service-oriented attitude
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel
