About the role

• Scrum Master guiding teams through agile transformation processes in software development. Involved in project goal definition, technical requirement clarification, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and introduce appropriate methods and tools
• Support the team in working autonomously and in a self-organized manner
• Promote open communication, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Clarify technical requirements and define project objectives
• Take responsibility for validating, reviewing, and accepting deliverables
• Responsible for software quality and ensuring adherence to budget and timely delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in software development within a larger mid-sized company or corporate environment
• Solid Scrum knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in agile environments
• Clear communication, confident presence, and a self-organized working style
• Ability to motivate teams and support constructive problem solving
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Ideally experience with Jira/Confluence and a Scrum certification (e.g., PSM)
• Encourage personal responsibility, self-organization, and an innovative spirit within the team
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
