About the role

  • Sales Representative engaging with public administration customers in Germany. Responsible for outbound outreach and customer support with a focus on IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively contact prospects and existing customers by phone (outbound) across the DACH region — primarily within public administration, foundations, and similar organizations
  • You run needs-assessment campaigns and invite prospects to online or on-site presentations — without applying sales pressure over the phone
  • You handle inquiries from existing customers, prepare quotes, and follow up until decisions are made
  • You identify market trends and new business opportunities together with field sales and the management team
  • You maintain customer data, call notes, and proposals in the CRM system (MS-Sales)
  • You work closely with inside and field sales and actively contribute to the further development of our telephony processes

Requirements

  • You have commercial vocational training, ideally with an IT focus, or an equivalent qualification
  • You have experience in inside sales or telephone-based customer support — preferably in an IT environment or with complex/technical subject matter
  • You are proficient with MS365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint) and have ideally already used CRM systems such as MS-Sales
  • You enjoy proactive telephone outreach (inbound & outbound) and can address technical staff and managers in a professional and target-appropriate manner
  • You are interested in modern IT applications and are willing to learn our products in depth
  • You are communicative, team-oriented and customer-focused, work independently and in a structured way, remain motivated in the face of setbacks, and pursue your goals consistently
