About the role

  • Payroll Specialist responsible for payroll processing and employee inquiries regarding payroll and social security. Working in a growing company within a secure industry environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently carry out payroll processing for wages and salaries, including reporting and certification tasks
  • Point of contact for employees, social security institutions and authorities on payroll tax and social security law matters
  • Post-processing and reconciliation of monthly payroll
  • Preparation, processing and distribution of various reports and analyses
  • Active support and participation in specific HR matters and projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ideally, experience with SAP or a common payroll system (e.g., DATEV)
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Fluent German
