About the role

• Consultant for municipal CAFM systems improving digital administration for public sector clients. Responsible for client management, process analysis, workshops, and integration support.

Responsibilities

• You advise and support our public sector clients in the introduction and further development of our LuGM module portfolio
• You work independently and take full responsibility for a fixed set of clients – from implementation to optimization
• You analyze existing processes and develop tailored solution concepts for municipal property and facility management
• You run workshops, training sessions and presentations for users and project stakeholders
• You support the integration of our solution into financial/accounting systems or its use as a standalone system
• You work closely with our development and support teams to continuously improve LuGM

Requirements

• You have a degree or training in Public Management, Public Administration IT (Verwaltungsinformatik), Business Administration or a comparable qualification – or you can convince us as a motivated career changer with a hands-on mentality and a strong willingness to learn
• You bring experience with CAFM systems or municipal administrative processes, ideally with Axians Infoma
• You enjoy consulting, client contact and collaborative solution finding
• You are passionate about new technologies, digitization and process management
• You have initial project experience or want to develop further in this area
• You work in a structured, reliable way and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• You have excellent written and spoken German language skills
• You are willing to travel regionally
