About the role
- IT Consultant driving digital transformation in waste management for German municipalities. Collaborating on ERP optimization projects and providing user training after software implementation.
Responsibilities
- Digitize municipal and commercial waste management and disposal processes together with your project team
- Analyze and optimize processes related to our ERP system and adjacent business units
- Provide process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our customers and partners
- Train end users after software implementation
- Receive comprehensive, practice-oriented onboarding with a mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in‑house training, and conferences.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics/Information Systems or Business Administration, or vocational training in a business-related field (e.g., office clerks, industrial clerks, IT systems clerks, etc.)
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Some experience in project management
- Interest in continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Independent working style, strong self-motivation, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
