About the role
- Buchhalter focusing on the digitalization of municipal accounting in Germany. Collaborating with project teams and offering consultation in various financial areas.
Responsibilities
- Drive the digitalization of accounting for district, city and municipal administrations as well as churches together with your project team
- Advise and support our clients in the areas of financial accounting, fixed-asset accounting and budget planning
- Train and implement end users in new projects and for existing clients
- Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and adjacent departments
- Provide process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our clients and partners
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, Economics or vocational training as a municipal administration clerk/administrative specialist (m/f/d)
- Desirable: knowledge of accounting and initial experience in the municipal/public sector
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westphalia)
