About the role
- Accountant collaborating with project teams to digitize municipal budget accounting in Germany. Consulting clients in financial accounting and training users in new projects and ongoing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Digitize accounting for district, city and municipal administrations as well as churches together with your project team
- Provide consulting and support to our clients in financial accounting, fixed asset accounting and budget planning
- Train and implement users in new projects and for existing clients
- Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and the adjacent business departments
- Provide process and organizational consulting in close cooperation with our clients and partners
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration, Economics, or vocational training as a municipal administrative clerk (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of accounting and initial experience in the municipal/public sector are desirable
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regionally (Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, North Rhine-Westphalia)
