Responsibilities
- Perform legal analysis of insurance claims and identify opportunities for credit recovery from third parties, policyholders, or responsible parties;
- Conduct direct negotiations, structuring agreements that make sense for the business;
- Review documents, expert reports, contracts, and policies to strengthen recovery strategies;
- Monitor administrative and judicial proceedings related to reimbursements;
- Work in partnership with Claims, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure the best handling of cases;
Requirements
- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
- Knowledge of subrogation and claims recovery, collateral management, contracts, credit instruments, and judicial and extrajudicial recovery;
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with different profiles;
- Proactivity, ownership mentality, and a genuine desire to improve processes;
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish (advantageous);
