Responsibilities

  • Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance across the organization
  • Support a wide range of legal matters including employment, contracts, compliance, privacy, and dispute resolution
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence business strategy and risk decisions
  • Translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance for the business
  • Manage litigation and partner with outside counsel to mitigate risk
  • Oversee intellectual property and brand integrity across digital and physical channels

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
  • 5–8 years of legal experience (in-house or top-tier law firm)
  • 3–5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment, contract, corporate, and privacy law
  • Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and managing complex litigation
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and business partnership skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
