- Plans and executes testing activities, including hot, cold, altitude, seasonal, and durability testing
- Analyzes measurement and calibration data, identifies root causes, and implements calibration improvements
- Prepares technical documentation, calibration reports, and validation evidence
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years postgraduate experience in a relevant position
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of diagnostics and regulatory requirements
- Calibration experience with gasoline and diesel engines
- Experience supporting OEM or Tier-1 customer programs
- Working experience with calibration and measurement tools
