Responsibilities
Partnering with key overhead cost centres including IT, Finance, and People
Own financial oversight, planning, and performance management
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Maintain strong cost control and commercial challenge
Support wider reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis across the business
Requirements
Finance or accounting background, ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A role
Strong experience working with senior stakeholders in non finance functions
Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively and explain financial issues clearly
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
Commercial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Confident, credible, and comfortable dealing with senior leadership
Proactive and solutions focused
