Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of program managers
  • Dive into program details to uncover areas of friction or challenge
  • Facilitate conversations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure your portfolio of work includes comprehensive project plans
  • Identify cross-portfolio connections, dependencies and risks
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine intake requests
  • Contribute to complex, cross-functional work as a program manager
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program operations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
  • 3-5 years in a team leadership role
  • Experience leading go-to-market transformation or growth programs in the technology industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience in change management, process definition, and enablement
  • PMP, Change Management, or relatable certifications are highly desirable
  • Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
