Requirements

- 3-5 years in a team leadership role
- Experience leading go-to-market transformation or growth programs in the technology industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in change management, process definition, and enablement
- PMP, Change Management, or relatable certifications are highly desirable
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
