  • Ensure all projects collectively achieve agreed strategic outcomes
  • Provide structure, direction and alignment across workstreams
  • Manage risks, dependencies and resource allocation effectively
  • Act as the key link between senior stakeholders, delivery teams and suppliers
  • Support teams with clear reporting, communication and oversight
  • Enable teams to deliver at pace while maintaining quality and control

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing digital programmes or multiple interrelated digital projects
  • Ability to coordinate delivery across workstreams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience developing programme plans, roadmaps, risk registers and dependency maps
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness
  • Confidence facilitating governance forums and senior-level discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
