About the role

  • HR Manager leading strategy and governance of people administration processes at Auren Energia, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the full personnel administration cycle: hiring, terminations, vacations, 13th salary, payroll, severance settlements, time and attendance, social charges, and legal obligations (including eSocial and social security/tax obligations).
  • Serve as the main point of contact with the external Shared Services Center (SSC): define SLAs, monitor deliveries, ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery, acting as a bridge between the company and the service provider.
  • Ensure governance, internal controls and auditing of personnel administration processes, mitigating labor, social security and tax risks.
  • Work on labor and union relations: develop strategy, negotiate collective agreements and conventions, act as the interface with unions, ensure compliance with rules and collective agreements, monitor labor disputes and mediations, and represent the company in union matters.
  • Establish and track performance, quality and compliance indicators for the people area, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of processes and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement: propose and implement standardization, automation or simplification of processes (in collaboration with the external SSC) to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Law or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Personnel/HR Administration, with strong knowledge of payroll routines, timekeeping, social charges, legal obligations, eSocial, benefits, terminations and systems such as ADP/SAP, etc.
  • Prior experience with SSC structures or outsourced HR administration; experience managing outsourcing/BPO contracts for personnel services.
  • Experience in union relations, collective bargaining, understanding of collective agreements, and interfacing with unions.
  • Ability to manage vendors/third-party service providers (in SSC scenarios), including defining SLAs and monitoring deliveries.
