Responsibilities
Assessing situations with a broad view, develop and implement strategic approaches
Administering benefit plans and providing subject matter expertise to client
Understanding unique benefit plan structure with complex eligibility and apply specific benefit rules
Using Excel skills to match, reconcile, analyze, identify potential issues, and/or create custom reports from multiple data files and sources
Reviewing client requests and determine best approach to meet client needs
Tracking and completing weekly, monthly quarterly and annual processes to ensure completion and accuracy
Assisting participants with eligibility issues and inquiries
Researching requests and provide accurate and timely responses
Identify and implement automation opportunities
Requirements
Possess bachelor or equivalent work experience required
Possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to quickly master and apply new concepts
Possess project and client management experience
Possess intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to adapt with changing priorities in results-oriented environment
Possess four or more years of professional office work experience
Possess two or more years of Benefits (ideally Health and Welfare) experience
