- Partnered with architecture, developers, security, and operations to shape solution designs, guardrails, and service standards (security, availability, supportability, and cost).
- Established product metrics and reporting (adoption, lead time, change success, incident trends), using insights to drive continual improvement.
- Led stakeholder engagement and governance: facilitated workshops, managed expectations, communicated release notes, and drove decisions on trade-offs, scope, and timelines.
- Ensured operational readiness for releases: runbooks, monitoring/alerting, access and support processes, and handover to service teams where applicable.
