About the role

  • Supervise and manage teams of technicians, leading regular huddles, assigning tasks, providing feedback, training, and coaching, and evaluating performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and engineering projects, working with dispatch to apportion work orders, ensuring work allocation, and maintaining schedules to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Conduct in-field safety and quality inspections, ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee the flow and distribution of inventory and supplies, manage tool budgeting, and procure necessary materials and equipment, coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation, reviewing work order close-out narratives, key metric reports, and time entries, and generating project status reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Oversee and provide expert consultation in the management of contract resources for construction and digital electronics activities, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and optimization of Outside Plant (OSP) and digital facilities.
