About the role

  • Lead Sales Executive generating new sales revenue for AT&T's advanced connectivity solutions. Focusing on innovative mobility solutions while building customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales revenue by hunting and prospecting within your territory
  • Actively hunt for new leads through external networks and cold calling
  • Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers
  • Present tailored growth opportunities to both current and potential clients
  • Develop new accounts and expand existing ones by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections and close sales opportunities
  • Craft responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and present beneficial products and services
  • Design and implement strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 5-8+ years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience, with a preference for technology-based sales
  • Experience and knowledge in IT and advanced technology
  • Proficiency in managing sales funnels and previous experience with CRM systems
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to meet the transportation needs of the market
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets
