Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze and transform business requirements into functional solution designs.
- Apply knowledge of the software development lifecycle when designing and preparing solutions.

- Participate in designing solutions and coordinate their implementation for the client.

Requirements
- Education level - University degree (bachelor’s level or higher)
- Language skills English – Upper-intermediate (B2)
- Slovak – Fluent
- At least 5 years of experience in IT business analysis or solution consulting.
- Experience with projects in the public sector (ideally within the Slovak eGovernment environment).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Slovak.
- Knowledge of integration processes and standards.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to collaborate with both development and testing teams.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, or similar are an advantage.
- Responsibility, proactivity, and business-oriented thinking.
- Ability to think in context and independently design solutions that work in practice.
