About the role

  • Business Analyst Operations supporting planning and implementation of projects at major healthcare company. Collaborating with multiple departments and assisting in analysis and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Work within the COO’s staff unit with a direct reporting line to the Chief of Staff and the COO
  • Support the planning, steering and implementation of strategic and operational projects
  • Conduct analyses and prepare benchmarks, reports and decision papers, including evaluation of performance, quality and cost-effectiveness metrics
  • Close collaboration with operational facilities, regional management and central departments such as Controlling (Finance), Quality Management and HR
  • Prepare, support and follow up on operational and management meetings
  • Participate in ad-hoc analyses, special assignments and the further development of processes, reporting structures and management tools
  • Take part in site visits and coordinate with operational teams (willingness to travel required)

Requirements

  • High willingness to learn, initiative, enjoyment of project-based work, and a strong sense of discretion and responsibility
  • Structured, careful and independent working style
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and a confident demeanor when interacting with different hierarchy levels and departments
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills and an interest in business and organizational issues in healthcare
  • University degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Nursing Management or a comparable management-oriented degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good spoken and written German and good English skills
  • Willingness to undertake regular business travel within Germany
  • Category B driving license (car) is an advantage
