About the role
- IT Network Specialist focusing on end-to-end LAN operations and service delivery oversight for Atos. Collaborating with teams to optimize network performance across international sites.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end LAN operations: design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of network performance across international sites.
- Network hardware management: switches, routers, access points, cabling, and adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless integration with WAN, cloud, and data centre environments.
- Service Delivery oversight: acting as the primary Atos interface, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, incident & problem management coordination, service reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience in LAN design, deployment, and support.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, switching/routing, VLANs, and diagnostic tools.
- Experience managing third-party providers, ideally in a service delivery context.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; French is a strong asset.
- Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNA or equivalent.
