Responsibilities
Responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with new clients.
Generate revenue opportunities for the company’s Human Capital Management solutions as an outbound sales representative.
Identify and develop new prospects through working curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
Master Asure’s online Demo to utilize as a walk-through tool while prospecting.
Utilize and become an expert in sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/Outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
Develop and manage an overflowing sales funnel of new opportunities to attain and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.
Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
5 years’ experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proven relationship building and client service skills.
Proactive, results oriented, and team-oriented approach to sales.
Ambitious and positive attitude; self-motivated with a desire to impact your income through achievement and overachievement of quota that will also impact upward career trajectory.
Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Teams or other comparable tools is preferred.
