Responsibilities
- Point of contact for our commercial property managers on structural and technical maintenance and the ongoing development of the managed properties
- Management of defect reports and small construction and renovation measures
- Commissioning and supervision of external service providers
- Management of tendering procedures and contract awards
- Monitoring, adjustment and enforcement of contractual rights and obligations
- Maintaining reporting to transparently present the current status of projects, budgets and resources
Requirements
- Completed commercial or vocational training, ideally with relevance to the real estate industry or a technical/trade background
- Confident, service-oriented manner when dealing with subcontractors, planners, owners and contractors
- Good MS Office skills
- Goal-oriented and structured working approach, with resilience, flexibility and initiative
