- Handling all service phases according to HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers)
- Independent and supporting specialist construction/site supervision
- Conducting as-built/site analyses and evaluating existing system technology
Requirements
- Completed engineering degree or comparable technical qualification
- Several years of professional experience in building automation
- Holistic understanding of technically complex systems and interrelationships
- Knowledge of the planning process for plumbing (sanitary), heating, ventilation, cooling/refrigeration, and electrical engineering
