Field Marketing Manager for Assembled overseeing execution of high-impact events that generate leads. Responsible for designing memorable experiences and aligning with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of regional field marketing events that generate qualified leads
Lead Assembled's presence at industry trade shows, creating interactive experiences
Design intimate, high-touch events for strategic prospects and customers
Create and run engaging webinars and virtual experiences
Partner closely with Sales and other teams to develop tailored event strategies
Manage all event logistics including coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution
Track event performance metrics and optimize future activities based on data
Requirements
5+ years in field or event marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology
Ability to understand the bigger picture and improve processes
Excellent collaboration skills across teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success
Resourceful in facing challenges and roadblocks
Ability to manage delegation and execution
Attention to details for creating impactful event experiences
Motivated by people’s needs and understanding of users and prospects
Eagerness to positively impact customer support teams, knowledge welcome but not required
