  • Create and process quotations directly in the ERP system — in German and French
  • Provide friendly customer contact by phone and email in both languages

  • Prepare credit notes and perform record/contract adjustments

Requirements

  • Commercial/business education and some experience in a similar role
  • Excellent German and French language skills are required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You work in a structured way and maintain a clear overview
