About the role

  • Customer Solutions Engineer at AI SaaS startup focused on simplifying dentists' daily operations by automating admin tasks. Collaborating across support, tech, data, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Assist the existing customer support team with complex technical cases
  • Analyze and resolve incidents related to the product, integrations, or data
  • Investigate application bugs (reproduction, diagnosis, explanation)
  • Help structure responses, procedures, and best practices
  • Serve as the technical point of reference on the support side (level 3 support)
  • Be the technical point of contact for partners and integrators
  • Guide partner developers on using our APIs, webhooks, and data flows
  • Diagnose and track issues related to integrations
  • Contribute to the development and structuring of the partner network
  • Contribute to technical documentation for integrations
  • Support internal teams with product and data needs
  • Use Metabase to analyze data and answer business or product questions
  • Run MySQL queries to understand behaviors, inconsistencies, or incidents
  • Analyze logs and application errors (Sentry)
  • Help decision-making through improved understanding of data

Requirements

  • Experienced (senior) profile, capable of becoming autonomous quickly
  • Strong technical background (SaaS, web, integrations)
  • Comfortable with: REST APIs, webhooks, SQL/MySQL
  • Log analysis and monitoring tools
  • Application and data diagnosis
  • Able to communicate effectively with: partner developers, internal non-technical teams, and clients
  • Organized, rigorous, comfortable with varied and non-routine topics
