Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs
Provide data-driven insights on talent trends and labor market conditions
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey
Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and strategies
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in the Business Units
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong understanding of hiring practices and labor laws across multiple European countries
Proven ability to consult and influence senior business leaders with data-driven insights
Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
