About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner managing full-cycle recruitment across EMEA and fostering collaboration with business leaders. Guiding and supporting recruitment efforts in life sciences and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
  • Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs
  • Provide data-driven insights on talent trends and labor market conditions
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey
  • Continuously enhance recruitment processes, tools, and strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in the Business Units

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices and labor laws across multiple European countries
  • Proven ability to consult and influence senior business leaders with data-driven insights
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
